I have joined Articleship on 29-04-2023 , I will complete 20 months of articleship on Dec 24 and there will be 16 months pending for Articleship and I wish to take 4 months leaves (101 working days ) within 156 leaves allowed. In this scenario Can I join for Industrial Training from Jan 2025

I have registered on Articleship 29-04-2023 makes me eligible to write CA Final exams for Nov 2025 , If I take termination and take gap of 15-20 days to get registsered again , am I eligible to write Nov 2025 ?

No. the new registration will extend your articleship end date. Better option is to register and seek leave from principal.
