Section 46 when liquidator gives the assets to the shareholdres.. Shareholders will b liable for capital gains right sir? When will b liable__ when he recieves the asset.? Later wen shareholder transfers again he has to cg?

When they transfer the capital asset received again, they will have to pay tax.
