Can there be companies without share capital? If yes then how?

Yes there can be . For example one person company , where there can be only one member , so no question of share capital , Or Any other company which uses debt to finance itself and not raising money from public

One person does not mean no share capital.

Guarantee companies may not have share capital.

If guarantee company does not have share capital who will give the guarantee? Because it is usually the shareholders who give the guarantee
