It is confusing whether Fair value of options has decreased from 1.20 to 1.05 or we should account for increase of Fair value of options by 0.15

Sir , In illustration 34 , I did not use the House model formula but I discounted all the cash flows of the dividend and the present value of the market price . I got the answer with 3 rs Difference. Can I present that way in an exam or H model formula needs to be followed in an exam ?

While calculating the variance of portfolio for 3 Securities according the Variance Covariance matrix and also by the Formula the number which i am getting is 99.45(2.64+21.12-3.20+4+10.89+64) and Standard Deviation i am getting is 9.972.

[Had it been so, the answer (i.e., f3) would have become 20.79% instead of 20.71%, and thus the Po of the 3 year ZCB discounted at YTM matches that Po discounted using the forward rates of 5.26%, 8.50% and 20.79% for year 1, year 2 and year 3, respectively.] (b) Is this how illustrations 36 and 37 etc. are done?
