IRR calculation

If I calculate IRR manually, then I'm getting PVAF of 7.586%. And using the same, if I discount the lease payments I get a PV of 39.863 lakhs. Is this difference of 0.137 lakhs an acceptable rounding off difference?

Should not take 5% and 10%. such wide variations will lead to more differences.

Why is it that during arbitrage,the return is taken as .10*13000 instead of 18%that has explicitly been mentioned as ke ?isn’t ten percent only the investment value ?how can we use the same percent to compute return on equity?

Doubt regarding LC

Sir, Why in the Letter of Credit we are not including the foreign branch Interest on 3400 Yen amounting to 33.53425 Why only the principal is included in LC why not Interest also? If they Include Interest wouldn't the Foreign Branch will be in a more secur position? and also why are we using the spot rate instead of the forward rate as it is the clear rate at which we incur cost in Indian Rupee and also why are not considering the local bank Interest rate on LC charges @ 18% since LC charges are paid immediately as stated in the explantion.

1. Int is on loan & not LC value so int on loan is not considered in computing value of LC to be opened 2. LC is opened to protect the seller and not the bank so LC technically cannot include int payable to bank 3. Loan that is taken from foreign branch of Indian bank is called buyers credit - such a loan and interest are sanctioned against the working capital limits of Indian branch so there is a security of Wc assets of the party opening the LC 4. LC is opened today - LC is based on today's value forward rate is considered only for hedge purpose - repayment is made using that rate

Can I understand this illustration as follows:- for the borrowing made by the company it did not pay any interest till the end of 5th year. At the end of the fifth year the amount payable by the A ltd is 10 lacs principal and simple interest(assumed) is 6 lacs, for which the company defaulted. So the lendor has rescheduled the payment as said in the illustration. And the lendor has asked to pay 13 lacs instead of 16 lacs as one time settlement. Is it possible like this?

Form 103 not approved

recently submitted form 103 late but all the documents asked in RO LEVEL have been uploaded and approved the same by RO, Present status shows in my SSP PORTAL LOGIN "SENT TO MSSO" the last few weeks have shown this same status.. sir I need to submit form 108 also for completion of articles ,if form 103 is approved than only I can able to submit form 108 . I have paid 10,000 condonation fees regards form 103,my articles completed in sept 2023 if I submitted form 108 also late than another 10,000 fees need to pay. I am from poor financial background and father was died and mother worked as sweeper in local private school. Please help in this issue ,any contact or mail related to MSSO Please provide sir I will send the request to them also. Call to ICAI HELPLINE ALSO MORE THAN 50 TIMES AND I raised ssp TICKETS more than 10 times.. And they replied ""pls wait ..pls wait untill approval.."" It's almost 4 months completed but problem not resolved
