Why amount of raw material and overhead are considered in current assets while computing current ratio? Raw material is consumed and OVER HEADS ARE PAID then why it is included... While computing current ratio???
latest answer
Here what is expected to compute is the estimated budget.. I.e., it refers to future. so none of the items are paid. With regards to raw materials and overheads, they are being considered in the cost of finished goods under current assets

Date of Payment for Supply of Service from Associate Enterprise Outside India
Indirect Taxation
answered on 15-Feb-24 19:21
Hi sir, hope you're well. Time of supply with respect to services from foreign associate enterprises, is the earliest of entry in BOA or date of payment. My doubt is, what is 'date of payment' here? Is it also the earlier of payment date as entered in recipient's BOA or date on which payment is debited in recipient's bank account? Thanks
