Parent P will not be able to issue shares to subsidiary in Indian Context. can you elaborate your query further? ection 19 of the Indian Companies Act, 2013 : a subsidiary company, either by itself or through nominees, cannot hold shares in its parent holding company, and any such transfer or allotment is void
