While filing income tax return for a salaried person apart from sec 192 in 26as other sec TDS reflecting at 26as which is not related to us .how to deal with dis issue ...?

Suggested: If TDS availed then Income should be offered in tax calculation. TDS not availed then don't offer the Income in which tax was deducted . Take steps to intimate to deductor and make rectification in TDS in meanwhile notice under section 143(1) comes then respond to that notice accordingly.

In CA exams is there any requirement as to write upto minimum pages or sentences with related to marks provided? For instance: For a Question carrying 5 marks, we should write 1 page or so.! Is there something like this as per ICAI?
