When the pgbp income will arise? When the business income arises In transfer of stock in trade to capital asset then how pgbp income arises?

No double taxation. When the asset is taxed next time, the cost base will taken at transfer price so that tax is on additional portion of increase in value only

Why has the balance in Dena Bank overdraft account been cosidered part of Purchase Consideration, when there is no mention of the same being taken over? The onky liability that is taken over as mentioned in the question is Creditors. [Illustration 4: Video 11/12 of Amalgamation of Partnership module]

Sir I'm in a situation to change my Mobile and not my mobile number and Google account. Can I study through my new mobile by installing our app? If I do ,does any technical problem may occur? And one more In my old mobile i have the same account only which I have changed to my new mobile but due to some reasons i can't study through my old mobile so can I delete indigo learn app in old mobile and install it in my new mobile on same number and same account.

Mistake in heading for a statement

At around 8:55 of 4th video "illustration 1 part 4" the heading is wrongly typed "Capital a/cs - S & Co". Please change it to statement of capital in new firm as it should be.

Pls refer to the video posted on youtube. You need to have internet to authenticate. Once authenticated, it will play from offline.
