i have doubt so need your guidance and opinion on it. i am on leave for may 2020 attempt and mean while lock down started so won't able to join office physically till july 2020. whether exam leave is upto may 2020 and lock down leave ( as working days ) from may onwards or there is exam leave upto july 2020. Please guide me since it affects my articleship leave calculation.

In YTM apporach, in the example (given in the pic) Why do we take 80 as cash outflow and balance interest as cash inflow, isn't it actually the opposite.Since when we issue the debentures we are getting money and therefore cash inflow and the interest are to be paid which results in cash outflow. So how come the opposite happen. Can u please explain this ?

Cost of capital does not change whether it is investor perspective or company perspective. A transaction will happen when a buyer is willing to pay a price that the seller is willing to sell at. Whether you compute A X B or B x A answer is same. Which ever perspective you choose, please follow the logic through the problem.

I have received an email regarding notes . I have enrolled for group2 accounting standards ,in the mail I was siad that notes has been added to course and the notes can be downloaded from the resources section in the course . I am not able to find the notes in my courses section... Is it any additional note or the provided in the free resources tab?

Voting right generally means a right to vote in an AGM / EGM . Differential rights means different classes of shareholders have different rights with respect to their votes. Eg:Some shares may have 10 votes per equity share and some shares may have 1 vote per equity share
