Bearer plant in as-10

Let us consider, A plant is held such that the branches of the plant can be cut and sold as agricultural produce. It is grown with an intention to hold for 10yrs so that it will be giving produce through out the life. At the end of the life, the plant can also be cut and sold similarly like branches. Now here in this case can we consider this plant as bearer plant?? Please explain....

In calculating equivalent production â?¢for the normal loss why there is no equivalent units calculated? â?¢ for the abnormal gain/yield why it is treated as 100% complete respect of all cost elements irrespective of percentage of completion.

Normal loss cost will be distributed to good units so normal loss units are not considered

In features of indemnity under reasons for losses there r 3 points. 1.action of indemnifier 2.action of 3rd party 3.action which was not controllable. Can u gv eg. For 3rd one.. Isnt earthquake also not controllable

No. It only covers loss caused by conduct of the promisor himself and by conduct of any other person. However, loss arising by the conduct of promise or accident, or an act of god is not covered unless otherwise specified in the contract
