Under benefits of ERP system there are 2 points 1. Reduction of lead time and 2. Reduction in cycle time. What is the difference between lead time and cycle time?

CG/SG/UT/LOCAL AUTHORITY renting of immovable property to unregistered person rcm is not applicable, is normal gst applicable were the govt pays.

Services provided by GTA to unregistered person including unregistered CTP is nill oly under reverse charge.. And if gta opts for forward charge then unregistered person sd also pay? Mnz sd he register & pay

Oly CGST is paid on RCM and sSGST on by the supplier?

Yes. CGST point is given in CGST Act and SGST point is given in SGST Act. Once RCM applies, both are paid by recipient only
