If a person selling pan masala, tobbaco,ice cream and edible Ice cream in Kerala his turnover is 15lacs is it required for compolsory registration??? Pls explain full provision abt this

Rent paid to proprietor is diallowed but repairs, insurance & taxes are allowed right sir?

Repairs, insurance and taxes would be paid to oustiders. The reason it is disallowed is because income is not chargeable to house property if used for business.

Syndicated refers to more like co-ordinated. For e.g A will supply oil to first flight and B will supply oil to second flight and so on. Collusive is kind of understanding - like we will not reduce the price below a certain level.

Preliminary expenses are charged to P&L. For tax they are allowed over a 5 year period. Tax will be less in future - hence a benefit - hence DTA.

Let 3 parts be a, b & c . a + b + c = 44000 Interest amounts are equal for given data i.e a x 2 x 6% = b x 3 x 8% = c x 6 x 6% 12%a = 24%b = 36%c i.e 12a = 24b = 36c a = 2b = 3c so c is smallest converting all 3 parts into variations of c a = 3c b = 3c/2 a + b + c = 44000 3c + 3c/2 + c = 44000 11c/2 = 44000 c =8000
