Notice to issued before 21 clear days What is clear days? Transit nd date of meeting and date of receiving notice should be added to to 21 days or not?

21 clear days means excluding both the date on which the notice was served and the date of the meeting. In case the notice of the general meeting is sent by post, service of notice of the meeting shall be deemed to have been effected at the expiry of 48 hours after it was posted

Whether remuneration includes reimbursement of expenses by company or not ? How they receive in pratical world? Separately for audit fees and separately for reimbursement of expenses? Adding both will be the remuneration of auditor

Reimbursement of expenses is included in remuneration. Auditors can send invoice separately and can claim reimbursement.
