Kindly see the attached file... Its says that Express Cargo Service falls within courier agency.. and is exempt But transportation of goods by roads is exempt except for the services of GTA/courier agency So, Express Cargo Service will also be taxable? Is it a printing error or i am wrong somewhere?

COurier agency is taxable. If service is in the nature of courier service, it will be subject to GST.

Sir here why interest on capital is not deducted for 3 years .also salary is deducted from avg.profit only for 1 year But that avg. Profit is for 3 years . So we should also reduce interest and remuneration for 3 years right ??

1)How do we know we need to use sacrificing ratio or profit sharing ratio for sharing Goodwill. 2)In some questions sacrificing ratio is used and in some questions profit sharing ratio is used for sharing Goodwill.

In Nov19 question paper , 3 (d), (in the pic) , icai has given suggested answers (in the pic ) Is it enough to write what is given in notes to get full mark (in the pic ) Since in the suggest answer they have given a detailed explanation of the consumption analysis, ratios etc. But in the notes there is no such explanation w.r.t it , it is just mentioned in the notes Plzz reply
