Is RBAC a Logical Access Control

Sounds like it to me. Because if an entity adopts RBAC, it assigns activities to users based on Need to know basis and thereby implements a control over its IS resources. If RBAC is indeed a Logical Access Control, it is mind-boggling fact that there is no mention of the same under topic Logical Access Control in chapter 3.

In 2016-17, the Top management had implemented a combination of merger and turnaround strategy, am I correct? [P.S.: "Vodafone Idea had reported a â?¹ 73,000 Cr loss in fiscal year ended March, 2020." - I will never forget reading this in the news. I wonder how even a turnaround startegy saved them after their stock prices declined so sharply.]

Vodafone had a contingent liability - AGR case which was decided by court and hence the loss. There are multiple angles to this. With Jio a lot of telecom companies had to shut down. Market share was lost rapidly. With the amount of debt, it is difficult for vodafone to rapidly turnaround. They are looking for investors who can invest money.

Now i bought lectures for nov 2021,but there are lectures in the income tax are according to finance act 2019 and applicable upto nov 2020,cant there be changes in syllabus,I mean will the lectures updated according to finance act 2020

Question 2 and question 4 related of Redemption of Preference shares

Sir in question 2 we have divided amount to be redeemed by FV of equity shares issued..whereas in question 4 we have divided the amount to be redeemed by FV+premium of equity shares issued... please explain why I am confused.
