Sir please check the flowchart shown in 12th video , Return filed if yes then it checks >shortfall in payment of tax Doubt-Can return be filed if there is any shortfall in tax?

Suppose auditor has got indication of or suspected fraud on this date, and he forgets and communictes the matter to TCWG after 4 months when he recalls by going through his working papers. Will there be consequences if auditor hasnt communicated such matter(s) within reasonable time?

if the assessee's tax liability is 0 because of TDS credits and he delayed in filing return of income then whether 234A attracted? If yes on which amount we calculate interest on delayed filing of return?

"As per SA 315, the auditor shall identify and assess the risks of material misstatement due to fraud at the financial statement level and at the assertion level for classes of transactions account balances and disclosures" Sir, by assertion level I understood that it means what management is asserting through the Financial Statement items like P/L items (Classes of Tractions), and BS items (account balances). But what does the above quote mean to say by "Financial Statement Level"?

What is the crux differentiating factor between Divisional, Multi-Divisional and SBU structure?

If firms could adopt SBU structure, why they dont just do it. What is need for Divisional and multi-divisional? Is the crux 'multitude of business'? I am having a hard time understanding the basic differentiating these 3. Could you point out in brief?

Divisional and multi divisional are same. SBU is a improvisation over divisional where a lot of strategic decisions are taken by the divisions. SBU is like a business inside a business.

Orientation Query

As part of the course requirement, I noticed that an orientation is scheduled from the 8th to 24th of November, 2020 and I understand it is via the online route at the local ICAI Chapter. I was hoping I could undertake it considering it is immediately after my exams get over on the 7th of November, I would also like to bring to your notice that our college examinations may be due sometime between the 8th and the 24th of that month. Since I have 4 days of exams, I would require to spend about 3 hours writing them each day constituting about half day on each of 4 days. I would thereby like to get the following information so that I can make an informed decision please: (a) Will I be able to take leave during the orientation? If yes, what is the maximum number of leaves? (b) Would it be possible to take leaves as half days? (c) If no to the above, would I be able to compensate just for the days I could not complete in an alternate method? If so, how? Please do let me know as soon as possible so that I can decide whether to enroll in the orientation in this batch or if a subsequent batch would be more suitable. Should have been discussing this after the exam but the seats are limited.
