sir why we are adding replacement award of 2.05 lacs to purchase consideration? what is the logic behind it?

latest answer

The ESOPs held by selling company employees would have eventually become shareholders. We are giving these shareholders, right to our shares in exchange of ESOPs that they have. In other words, we are buying their ESPOs. Hence part of purchase consideraiotn.
