As we all know icai has added additional exam centres since Nov 20 attempt onwards.my query is whether these centres are going to be permanent centres?

There will be changes as there's more chance that by next attempt more schools and colleges will be open and available as centres for exams

Communication with previous auditor applies to all types of audits. Actually, these things are covered under Code of Ethics for CA's which are in CA Final syllabus.

Interest received by a firm from its partners should be assessed as the income of the firm. If both interest on capital and drawings exist, they have to be net off.

The act done beyond MoA is void. Does the law penalise a company for violating its MoA. eg: If IndigoLearn starts stock brokerage business (not mentioned in object clause) along with selling courses, that businesss will not be valid. Will the Law penalise IndigoLearn Pvt Ltd?
