Yes you are right. General rule - they are voidable. Exception - if party could have discovered the truth with ordinary diligence, then they are valid. Further, if consent was not affected by misrepresentation, then also valid.

In this problem subsidy received from the Delhi government is considered in the list price then it means it should be deducted from the list price but in printer solution not detected to arrive taxable value
