For Rough work, outside papers are not allowed! But hall ticket is allowed, so we can do rough work in back side of that! What If i take two copies of my Hall tickets and do rough work in that? Will they allow?

In illustration 4, Here debenture interest is charged to post incorporation period. But debentures were issued to settle purchase consideration of vendors which was due in both pre and post period. Why is it not distributed in that ratio?

What's the difference between Domestic Company and Indian Company?

S. 2(22A) says "domestic company" means an Indian company, or any other company which declares and pays dividend from taxable income withing India S.2(26) says Indian company is registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and the principle office is in India. All Indian Company are treated as Domestic Company but all Domestic Company are not Indian Company. If a Foreign Company makes prescribed arrangements for payment of dividends in India it shall be treated as Domestic Company.

Should income tax be shown in p&l account ?? In some sums ,income tax is reduced from capital .why ??

Because it is the tax for the personal income of the owners so it should be reduced from capital of the owners its like drawings

The surety must be competent to contract. The debtor need not be competent. What about the Creditor? Does he need to be competent?

Simple, the guarantee contract is between creditor and surety....so to become a valid contract , parties entering into contract should be competent. Debtor need not be competent.

Yes. Central Govt has to pay tax and not Business Entity Notification No. 13/2017 dt. 28.06.2017 entry 5 states that in respect of services other than â?? (i) renting of immovable property; (ii) services by the Department of Posts by way of speed post, express parcel post, life insurance, and agency services provided to a person other than Government; and (iii) services in relation to an aircraft or a vessel, inside or outside the precincts of an airport or a port, the service recipients (business entities) are required to pay the tax under reverse charge mechanism.
