I have attached a example question below, my question is that it's well known that N cannot bring an action for rescission of the contract for buying shares from M on the grounds of mis-statement made in the prospectus but, can N file a suit on M for the act done by him.

Once the public companies make application to the stock exchange and the stock exchange has given permission for listing , the company can automatically issue public offer with no further approval or a approval from the stock exchange is required?? for issue to public even after the permission for listing is given

No approval required then after. Just procedural compliances will have to be ensured.

Dear Sai, if you are referring to ICAI material, section 28 i.e. Partner by holding out is there in Unit 1, page 3.12. In our videos, you can refer the topic at serial 9 'Partner by Estoppel' under Module 'General Nature of Partnership.'
