How is such lease treated when taken or sold by assessee? Capital gain?

Hello When a supplier is registered under composite scheme, hence he should not issue tax invoice right?? so in that case price of product shouldn't be lesser compare to Tax invoice??

For Indian citizen who leaves India for the purpose of employment outside India, the words "60 days" must be replaced with 182 days. This was given in explanation 1 of that section. So, he has to satisfy the first basic condition only.
