Is necessary to learn a penalty provisions for each sections
latest answer
Penalties are rarely asked in the exam. Primary focus of the examination is on conceptual clarity of student. Please pay more focus on remembering limits, time lines & concepts. Try to complete 2-3 revisions & to fetch more marks, revise section numbers. Penalties for specific sections like fraud or the ones which get repeated can be first focused. If still some time left, you can write penalties in a separate sheet and revise them before exam.
