Sir in the question which you have taught in "section 5"-i have provided the screenshot In that question mithun could be the son of mohan , as there is a difference of only one level between them, and in that way mithun would be cousin of rekha and thereby uncle of sharat?? Is it possible?

Hello sir I have only one doubt in this module :- how business economics is pragmatic in approach? Business economics is applying of economics to business. Then when economics is theoretical in nature and based on assumptions,then how business economics is pragmatic/practical. Indirectly we are applying those assumptions,then those decisions which we are taking are also based on assumptions.which may not be practical Then how they are pragmatic? I am little confused regarding this... So sir can you please explain this concept with some examples...

52(2) covers all companies & 52(3) covers prescribed companies that follow AS. However no companies have been prescribed in this provision yet. Possibly in sub sec 3 lawmakers wanted to restrict use of Security premium only to equity shares related matters and not Preference hares or Debentures or prelim expenses

Section 52 cover premium on shares, Where is premium on debentures covered in the Companies act?

No separate provision on use of premium on debentures in Companies Act. We can say Sec 52, impliedly applies.
