At the time of giving money to the principle debtor, creditor collects security from principal debtor. Surety will have right on all such securities held by the creditor. If the creditor sells any security without consent of the surety, then surety liability will get discharged to that extent.

In the notes section of free resources, only few chapters have the title of AY 21-22...does that mean other chapters aren't amended to make it applicable for may 21 exams? Or I can use all of these chapters' summary notes to study for the upcoming May exams sir?

Hello sir I have the following doubts in 2nd module 1)how competition acts as a bridge between macro and micro environment 2)"economic policies" formed by the government comes under economic or political environment? 3)let us assume we run a mnc and we have branches in us and other countries Then if donald trump makes changes policy in us Will it be global or legal or political environment? Please solve my following queries I also think importance of business environment is newly updated(2.4) and not covered in videos(i am just keeping this information so that you will consider this before you update your course for nov exams )

Sir in the question which you have taught in "section 5"-i have provided the screenshot In that question mithun could be the son of mohan , as there is a difference of only one level between them, and in that way mithun would be cousin of rekha and thereby uncle of sharat?? Is it possible?
