Sir is S-54 EE not there for May 21 exams? I am asking this bcz it is not there in the new edition of SM (it is there in old SM), but sir taught that section. So should I study that or not? If it comes in exam, should I give an exemption from capital gain if all conditions of S-54 EE are satisfied?

If H.P is vacant bcoz Assessee is in employment elsewhere , NAV is 0 What is the case in otherwise 1.Bcoz Assessee has Another house to stay OR 2.Any other case

NAV of 2 house property can be claimed as 0. Even if he resides in only one and other is vacant or if he resides in both. However, if let out then cannot be claimed as Nil.
