This is the ill no. 5 in institute material and the double shift sum as per indigo learn video caption...in this sum i cant understand how sir calculated that material consumed..im ok with the first formula...but the second one is a bit confusing can u please explain(i.e.RMC+Op St. Of wip-Cls st. of wip= Goods produced) . Beacuse in WIP we will have wages plus RM .. but why are we just adding the RM ?

In some questions loss due to vacancy is taken as lower of EXPECTED RENT - ACTUAL RENT vs ACTUAL RENT NOT RECEIVED DURING VACANCY PERIOD But in some question it is directly taken as the rent not received during vacancy period. Which computation is correct?

Capital gain under sec 50C has provision was take stamp duty value of immovable property as a full value of consideration if it exceeds 105% of actual sale consideration. And now it's amended study material is 110%. In may 2021 attempt which percentage is applicable 105% or 110%. ?
