In this question 13(9) and (10) is used However in ICAI module these provisions are contained in points 10 and 11 why so? Which subsections are correct?

latest answer

To add onto above answer. Points in ICAI SM are not sub-sections. They are simply section broken down into points for understanding / presentation. Also, it's okay, if you just write - as per provisions contained in Section 13 of the Companies Act....

Income taxed in 2 times, For eg. Father earned income by way of salary and he pays tax on the same during the year and he gives some amount to his daughter as a gift. The entire amount is already taxed as salary. But the daughter is offered the same for taxation under income from other sources if the gift amount exceeds Rs.50000? That amount is already taxed by his father.?

latest answer

Yes, I understand. It's 2 person Income.
