Deducted amount paid in the subsequent year- 100% is disallowed u/s 40(a)(1), 100% is claimed in that year. There is nothing in the text for sec.40(a)(1).

In the above question attached, 1 and 3rd Answers not understand. 194A and 194 J - TDS applicability is based on turnover? And in the questions given salary is treated as the total income of the recipient, If the recipient has certain deductions u/s 80 C and VI A, the salary income is below taxable limit, then no TDS deduction applicable? And answering the same, the given salary is taken as Taxable Income /Taxable Salary?

There is a topic I attached below in the Text. Sec.40(a)(ia) , any payments without complying with the provisions u/s XVII-B is disallowed by 30%. But the topic said about the provisions is apply to an amount which remained payable. Better, Clear the confusing aspect.

In respect of the attached document, 40(a)(ia) applies to the Director Remuneration Paid. The amount of Director Remuneration is Rs.28000 in the question.Sec.194 J, Covers the director remuneration? As per Sec.194 J -the threshold limit is Rs.30000/Payment. Pls, Explain.
