Sir, Does the sub- clauses (i) and (ii) of Clause (b) of Sec. 55(2) apply for 'Equity share or shares allotted to a shareholder of a recognised stock exchange in India under a scheme for demutualisation or corporatisation'[clause(ab)]? Why I am asking this doubt is, In bare act, For clause (aa) and (ac), it is mentioned that they are to be understood subject to Clause (b)..... But in clause (ab), it is not mentioned that they are in subject to Clause (b). Please clear my doubt sir....

Sir , 5 years opt-out scheme is also for 44ADA & 44ADE. And one more doubt, Sec.44AA(1) says about -Specified professionals mandatory maintain books of accounts as per Income Tax Rule Sec.6F. But as per Sec.44ADA is also applicable to specified professionals. As per Sec.44ADA- There is no need to maintain books of accounts?
