If it is normal business, then it is investing activity. If the business is investment business, then it is operating activity

Since Indigo learn has a place of business in AP and not in Other states but Indigolearn provides services to other states ...can it be regarded as Casual Taxable person under GST law U/S 2(20) ? Sorry for asking ....just wanted to get the concept clear

Ma'am agar kisi person ki non taxable supply under gst is 50lacs hai and taxable supply under gst is 8 lacs,,, is this person require to registration under gst

Obviously In some cases Consumers pay tax the reason why they register is to claim input tax credit ... Ex: Mr.Ashok an unregistered trader in Smartphones and whose Turnover is around 5-7L on average every year ...one day u crossed the threshold limit either 10L/ 20L/40L it depends state wise ...from the day u crossed the limit ur liable to register within 30 days and can start claiming ur input tax credit Sad part is unregistered person can't do it

If registered the payment of gst to govt is compulsory otherwise not. All taxable persons are nor registered but all registered persons are taxable.

To ensure there is no tax evasion. Customer will pay the MRP inclusive of GST amount , but if business has to deposit GST amoutn with govt., if not registered and doesnt have to file returns, it will be difficult for govt to recover gst
