In condition 3, shouldnâ??t we deduct 44 (instead of 14) from 240?

latest answer

To check 4th condition, the amount withdrawn for payment of dividend shall be deducted to check left over balance. (Here, 14 L to be deducted) The set off of losses must be done from 2nd condition. Set off of Loss must not be considered as withdrawal for dividend. It is an adjustment from 2nd condition to calculate maximum withdrawable amount.

This enables a registered taxpayer to transfer any amount of tax, interest, penalty, etc. that is available in the electronic cash ledger, to the appropriate tax or cess head under IGST, CGST and SGST in the electronic cash ledger.
