When should the branch give summarised records to registered office? The act uses the word â??periodicallyâ?? and module uses â??quarterlyâ??. Which is right?

latest answer

Periodically is the answer as per Sec 128(2). Quarterly intervals is when books of accounts are maintained *outside India* - this is as per Rule 4 of Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014 ICAI seemed to have merged different provisions under same heading

can i use my icash points to extend my course

latest answer

Unfortunately, icash cannot be used to buy mock tests/mentorship course or pay for extensions. icash is a sort of discount - we are charging money for extensions / mocks mentorship to cover our costs. if we permit usage of icash, we will not get any money to meet our tech and related expenses

Sir, if a person of Indian origin comes to India(exceeding Indian income 15L), we have to check 182 days (1st condition) or 120 days & 365 in preceeding 4 financial years(2nd condition) if any one of the condition satisfied he is resident resident right sir? But in case of a person not exceeding 15L have only one condition i.e., 182 days to satisfy?
