Sir in case of motor vehicles less than 13 persons capacity, if they are used for transportation of goods, is itc available? Or only itc is available for transportation of goods for aircrafts, vessels?

Sir , if there is supplier engaged in supplying goods and he has branch in Manipur having 8lakhs turnover and in Assam 12 lakhs turnover. Would he required to take registration in both states Aa sir ? Or simply registering in Manipur is sufficient ?
