At the time of first birth there may be two possiblilities 1.twin can have birth at first and second time only one 2.only one child have birth and second time twins If (1.)case there will 3 children total so only 2 child can get exempt (2.)here at first one child is born and second time 2 childrens(twins) i.t.act provide exemption of 3 children

Branch records
Corporate & Other Laws
answered on 21-Jun-21 17:14
When should the branch give summarised records to registered office? The act uses the word â??periodicallyâ?? and module uses â??quarterlyâ??. Which is right?
latest answer
Periodically is the answer as per Sec 128(2). Quarterly intervals is when books of accounts are maintained *outside India* - this is as per Rule 4 of Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014 ICAI seemed to have merged different provisions under same heading
