Can we compute IRR using 12 % and 50% instead of 40% and 50% . I computed IRR with 12% and 50% and got 43.41% as IRR .

Both are related to act done by creditor or omission by creditor which will discharge the surety. In first, creditor (B) prepays the installments, so A is discharged. In second, make up the cash means reconciling. B did not reconcile M's cash handling, so A is discharged

How to count the term of five years of term of auditor If auditor has resigned after completion of 3 years Can he join in next AGM OR he has to wait for completion of five years
