I cleared my group 1 under old scheme of ipcc and also got exemption in group 2 advanced accounting, now I wish to write my group 2 remaining 2 papers under new scheme is it possible to claim my exemption. Note it's not compulsory conversion, I have one more chance under old scheme, Please respond if anyone knows it.

Growing crops and grass are in general immovable property. But if they are agreed to be severed ( i.e. cut down ) at the time of contract of sale or before the contract of sale then they are considered as movable property under Section 2(7) of The Sale Of Goods Act, 1930
