If the dividend declared before 31/3/2020 then company would pay tax but also if the recipient gets dividend > 10 Lakhs he will be liable to pay 10 % tax on earth hat amount? Is this tax should be calculated without connected to slab rates?

If the company declares dividend after 1/4/2021 the sec 115-O is not applicable then the company won't pay DDT then the share holder / dividend receiver have to pay tax. But at what rate.?
