Why exemption for both land and jewellery are not taken Only exemption for land u/s 54f are taken bcoz of higher value but why? Is there any provision about this I reffered book too... but cant able to find this provision Pls explain this.....

Pls see whether the statement is crt or not. Refer below ( highlighted ) If the ordinary examination ought to reveal the defects, Caveat emptor is applicable. When it is not able to reveal, Caveat emptor is inapplicable. Am I right?

When must be me cost of equity share can be calculated on the basis of market price or issue price Why is P0 being issue pride 125 and not the 130 the market price in cost of equity computation Since due to equity's shares irredeemable nature, only market price must be taken nah? Why is new issue of equity being calculated in issue price and not market price
