In that case The grand daughter will refuse to pay Annuity to his uncle saying that there is no consideration from her side so I can't pay his uncle will sue her. My doubt is how can her uncle sue her ..I see him as a Stanger to contract because the contract is between grandma and grand daughter??

CASE ---1 let say in BCK paper 4 one MCQ ans is given is Option A .. but we find out that more appropriate answer is B.. in exam point of view which we will select option A or B CASE ---2 let say in BCK paper 4 one MCQ answer is given is Option A .. but we did not find our that answer but more appropriate answer is B.. in exam point of view which we will select option A or B Can you tell me answer for case 1 & case 2 one of the biggest doubt thankyou .............................................................

Chapter 5 ,Lecture 6, Value of Rights of subscription= benefit of shareholder and Value of right = In each share the value of right. I got confused with both of the terms, value of right of subscription and value of right Sir. can you please explain Sir?

Why in reserve and surplus 16000 amount is cr. To reserve and srplus why not 23000. And also why dividend paid is shown on Dr side of reserve and suplus it can also be show to financing activity

Why did ICAI not apply downward trend in sales to standard turnover and annual turnover?????

Because here it can't be caluclated directly. That quarterly sales figure is approximation only, thus there is no direct trend that is visible. Also, the question is silent, so we shall ignore it.
