ICAI BOOK -EMPLOYEE COST(Pg 3.19) ILLUSTRATION 4 I cannot understand the meaning of this sentence sir Workers will not be paid for overtime for working beyond 4 hours since it is paid for working beyond 9 hours

The worker is entitled to overtime beyond 48 hours of work. This is explained in video. The solution given in study material is not correct.

If i have taken loan of â?¹ 10 lakh.. And the interest on this amount â?¹1 lakh is due since last 3 years.. Then what amount is considered as NPA? Is it 1 lakh only or the entire 11 lakh

Sir, I did not understand the CRR entry 1) how 33750? 2) And when the redemption is financed from Sale of investments + Utlizing bank balance + Minimum fresh issue of equity shares We credit to CRR only the amount taken out of free reserves right !! But in this case we did not take any amount from free reserves for redemption, then why did we credit 33750 to CRR ? Please explain

Itc recognized in books = rs 4500 GRTR - 2B = 3000 Therefore, itc availed in GSTR-3B =3000+5%=3150 150 is provisional itc .it should be match in future In future , -5% is greater than the actual itc = we should reverse with interest @18 %p.a -5% is less than the actual itc = what sir? Can u explain briefly??

No, there is no refund in such cases. It is only in case minimum amount has not been subscribed, then refund has to be made as per Sec 39 and Rule 11
