Suraj sir plz reply, my question is, if famous tiffin baddi earns 5000 net income daily, it will be 18L/y, is it taxable or not, if it is taxable under which head it will come? So many small businesses earns more income , how this income tax act theory applicable in real life?

For ex if an individual had less 5percent of receipt and payment and his total turnover is 5cr. So as the option he is not under 44AB tax audit, as the same he crossed the limit 2 cr of 44AD then in which section he declared his income. If may declared lower income he should audited under 44AB. Need explanation. Tq
