I'm a final year student of graduation, I'm in dilemma to take coaching side by side with articleship Or taking coaching before joining articleship and wasting 8 months of time Please suggest me some information and strategy A. I can't focus two things at a time (articles and coaching) B. If I take 8 months of coaching time I'll be eligible to write exam after 9 months of joining articleship C. Some of my frnds suggesting to do a fake articleship for 9 months (managing a dummy attendance in articleship) and using such 9months fully for coaching and preparation

Since NRI payee, Sec 194-I is not applicable Amounts payable to NRI need TDS u/s 195 only if such income is taxable in India Since that property is located outside India, it shall not be taxable u/s 23 under house property Hence no TDS

There is no need to calculate separately because after joint process yield is given as 80% , 12% and loss 8% . Total 100. So yield is after loss only
