In section 21, it is stated that either Key Managerial Personnel or an officer or employee who is authorized by the Board can authenticate on behalf of a Company. In section 22, it is mentioned, that the person authorized by a company can execute deeds and stated how the authorization has to be made. Whether both these sections are inter related?

in computation of TI , income under head salaries is given as '' income from salaries '' if the word 'computed' is not given can we assume that the given salary is after all deduction of under section 16 ? or which assumption is appropriate ?

After registration..my application got approved..i haven't got any mail from icai cds..and I can't find coupons either.. should I wait for few more days?

ICAI CDS delays sending mail regarding your study material coupon. So you can check in CDS portal immediately after your application approval.I too didn't receive mail after a month of registration. When called to icai students support,they said because of some technical issues,I didn't receive mail
