Power basically means electricity . Here it means power used in factory. So it will be logical enough to apportion it in hp of machines instead of hrs .

Sir for aggregate monetary gifts exceeds 50000 , then whole amount is taxable. For that aggregate value should i need to consider only aggregate value of gift from a single person by way of multiple transaction or Should i also consider from multiple person also for that aggregate value..

In your solution you have taken value of work certified of 45 lakhs as starting point which is incorrect. Always start with cost incurred till date. Value of contract is not equal to cost of contract. There will be profit markup.

It's given in section 3 of Companies act 2013, that a company "may" be formed for a lawful purpose.. and in GCA its given that here the word may shall be construed as shall. But why would the lawmaker use "may"in his wordings if he wanted to imply shall and make it mandatory. I am confused??
