Why here given special treatment for bonus share allotted before 1-2-2018? What is the reason behind it?

Earlier long term capital gain on shares where STT was paid were exempt. Finance Act 2018 brought an amendment post which these would be taxable. 31-01-2018 was the cut-off date. Any past unrealised gain till this date was exempted (called as grandfathering provision)

Rule 36 (3) :No input tax credit shall be availed by a registered person in respect of any tax that has been paid in pursuance of any order where any demand has been confirmed on account of any fraud, willful misstatement or suppression of facts. Means what?

So sir said to include the starting day as well as end day in order to calculate due days from base date but study mat had done as 292 days but sir did as 293 days?

When speaking about exams.. Every mentors asking to present the answer sheets in a good and neat manner.. But when going through the AIR 1 rank holder's answer sheet I don't think so.. Of course I'm agreeing with his knowledge but I'm asking about presentation part only... Nothing more than that.. Whether this advice is for motivating students only ? Even though our Friend is writing above the margins he could able to get AIR 1. My doubt is whether presentation is not required for getting full marks for the question when you gave full correct answers or can we write like anything with the full correct answers?
