Q nio- illustration-3 section 15(1). I can interpret the answer like this . According to section 13(6) interest on late pmts the date of supply is date of receipt. Hence therefore in the given case interest is waved by supplier, therefore the date of supply is never happened so addition value shall not form part of the supply.

Unexplained income is Rs. 2,40,000 Rate under 115BBE is 60%, increased by surcharge of 25% and HEC of 4%. i.e., 78% Tax = 240000 x 78% = Rs. 1,87,200

Second last line, 10(10n-1)/9-n How is it equal to 10n+1 -9 When 10(10n-1) should be equal to 100n-10.

n here is to the power of 10. So, you have 10 x 10^n = 10^(n+1). That n+1 to power of 10 And then they have taken 9 in denominator outside
