I am ca intermediate student who is going to write exam in November 2022 for both groups.. This is my first attempt.. I am purchased indigolearn's both group full course classes for November 2022... But, i didn't watched any classes till now due to some personal problems... Can i complete indigolearn full course videos of both groups before exam?? Can i cover or study entire syllabus (both groups)before exam?? One of my brothers who is a ca final student told me that now you can't clear both groups and focus on first group only... Can i cover both groups?? Is this time is enough or not?? Dear friends, Can i complete entire videos of both groups in indigolearn and can i study both groups syllabus before exam?? Please give me some advices or instructions which i should keep in my studies...

For your exam preparation, you not only need to complete the syllabus but also revise. We have 5 months for Nov 2022 exams. To be honest, if you start from scratch, it would be difficult to complete both groups properly by November 2022 exams. I suggest that you start with one group first and based on the progress take a call on the other group. Also create a schedule using study planner on the web/app and follow it. Did you complete the mentorship program which is available as a part of the course? If not, pls complete it - it will help you come back to schedule.

Plz could anyone explain this line in detail "The goodwill allocated to A cannot be identified or associated with an asset group at lower level than A, arbitrarily".

CGU is A. A has multiple assets. A also has goodwill. The assets under A is divided amongst B, C & D. The statement means that Goodwill cannot be attributable to other specific assets of A. (i.e a level lower than Unit A level)

Differentiate between void and voidable contract.

Void contract can never be enforced but void able contract can still be enforced by the aggrieved party. Just think of voidable contracts as "Avoidable contracts". But void contracts can't be enforced. Void contracts can be void from the very beginning I.e. void-ab-initio or on happening of an event rendering the contract void..
