For question 5.13 we have found operating expenses by doing Sales -Cogs -Net profit(before taxes).In this process they have ignored to include cogs in operating expenses ,but in question 2.8 ,they have taken cogs in total operating expenses, what is happening here?

Here total cost of finished goods finished goods should be 27 lakhs ,how is this 28.8 lakhs ,is this because of ignoring depreciation ,how to calcualte depreciation here? Working cap is calculated athe end of the year right?

Limitations of fiscal policy is that possible conflicts between different objectives of fiscal policy such that a policy designed to achieve one goal may adversely affect another.Eg -expansionary fiscal policy may worsen inflation in an economy. Expansioary policy is undertaken during recession to control it ,how does inflation come into point.
